  • 立志在我感覺痛苦時,想到殉道士,包括主耶穌以及世界各地的信徒,所遭受的痛苦;也提醒我自己,地獄的真實性。
  • 立志絕不存報復心理來做事。
  • 立志要在飲食上,持守最有智慧、最健康的操練。
